The Chequamegon Bay Arts Council invites you to attend their 7th annual fundraising auction featuring one-of-a-kind works of art designed around the theme of a vessel.

How does the auction support the arts community? Auction proceeds help the arts community in two ways. First, each contributing artist has the option of receiving thirty percent of the winning bid amount for their work and contribution. This fosters CBAC's goal of helping to support local artists through the sale of their work. Second, the balance of the proceeds goes to support CBAC's grant programs. Grant programs are funded by a $10,000 award from the Wisconsin Arts Board, which requires a $10,000 local match before the organization distributes $20,000 to local artists and organizations.
