​​​• Colene Lee has been awarded $850 to attend the Sewanee Writers Conference at the University of the South in Sewanee, TN.
Molly MacGregor has been awarded $250 to join other young musicians at the Leahy Music Camp in Lakefield, ON.
Taylor Vyskocil has been awarded $250 to participate in the UW Madison Summer Music Clinic.
Crystal S. Gibbins has been awarded $175 to attend UntitledTown Book & Author Festival in Green Bay, WI.
Kathy Irwin has been awarded $175 to attend a five-day workshop, “Pottery Forms and Attachments,” at Bethel Horizons/Addamah Studios in Dodgeville, WI.
Three artists, Mary Rehwald, Ellie Braddock, and Donna Jones-Ilsley, have been awarded $100 each to participate in the Bay Area Parkinson’s Support Group Dance Instruction Workshop and online training with the Mark Morris Dance for Parkinson’s Disease Program.

  • Jarrod Stone Dahl ($700) – to participate in the International Spoon Carver’s gathering in Derbyshire, England to learn new skills, techniques and designs.

  • Tonja Sell ($300) – to support a glass artist who wishes to expand into the area of ceramics by taking classes at the Duluth Art Institute.

  • Allison Slavick($300) - to travel to Michigan and conduct research at the Detroit Historical Society and the Monroe County Historical Society related to the Downriver area of the Detroit River/Lake Erie. Also spend one day interviewing the sisters of the Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, a pioneering convent in Monroe, MI devoted to peace, justice and sustainability. All of this work is related to the creation of a novel.

  • Lissa Flemming($200) – to attend the Peninsula School of Art Metalsmith’s workshop in Door County, WI to further both jewelry making skills and advance business skills related to being an artist and entrepreneur.

  • Sharon Graham($200) – to attend a Plein Air painting workshop at the Grand Marais Art Colony.

  • Katie Lancaster & Zach Wiese($300) - to attend the 2012 Art Glass Invitational in Pennsylvania.
